When the idea of Tablas Creek was birthed and Bob began dedicating his time to building the winery in California, he asked Denise to come aboard. At the time, there was the option of staying in Vermont, moving with Vineyard Brands down to Birmingham, Alabama, or pursuing a new adventure in Paso Robles, California.

We chose a small (0.66 acre) block with a west-facing slope at the far western edge of Tablas Creek for Bourboulenc, and harvested our first small crop in 2019. Bourboulenc in the Vineyard & Cellar. Bourboulenc vines are fairly vigorous, the berries relatively large, and the clusters loose, which makes it resistant to rot. 2018 Viognier. Other Vintages. $45.00. 750ml.
