The Dress. This Netta dress is a beautiful & classic work of art, especially when the details are seen in person. It comes in four layers. Below the corset (waist down) a white lining was added, to get rid of sheerness. After that comes a sheer layer of crystals that make the dress shine when light reflects on the dress.
