Modern warfare lagging but internet is fine

My game has run buttery smooth since launch, but as of yesterday I’ve been getting small stutters/lag every 45-60s. I did some internet optimization a little while back and thought that was the problem, but even with factory settings I’m having the same issue. Trying to figure out if it’s server side or something on my end I’m missing.
