The passing standard is 50%. Meaning you have to answer questions correctly at least 50% of the time. If by 85 questions the nclex is 95% confident you can or cannot do that, it will shut off. I passed at 85 questions on my first try. I used Saunders, nclex bootcamp, and the HESI book from evolve. Also listened to mark k lectures.

Keep going, take your breaks during the exam, pace yourself, you got 5 hours. If you get to 150, don’t be discouraged, just know you’re still in the game! Good luck :)
