Chamberlain garage door travel adjustment not working

I installed a new Chamberlain B4505T garage door opener. When I press the open button the lights blink twice and nothing happens. The sensors seem to be installed correctly. There is an amber light in one and a green light in the other. If I block the beam the green light goes out. Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong?

Earlier models were rated at 1/2 HP and included the standard AC style motor, which is the older motor that hums louder when running. Newer models that came along later incorporated Chamberlains DC motor with travel module, which is much quieter. 1. Locate the adjustment screws: Depending on the model, the screws can be found either on the opener unit or on the control panel. 2. Test the current setting: Close the garage door and activate the opener. If the door doesn’t reverse when it hits an object, the down pressure needs adjustment. 3. Down Travel. To increase the down travel, turn the DOWN limit adjustment screw counterclockwise. One turn equals 2" (5 cm) of travel. To decrease the down travel, turn the DOWN limit adjustment screw clockwise.
