Over 30 years ago our founders Devan and Reena Shah brought their knowledge and expertise on tea to the city of Los Angeles. While Devan focused on importing the best teas from around the world, Reena turned her attention to our tea rooms. We stumbled across Chado Tea Room on a Sunday without reservations, but we were fortunate to walk in at 11am when they first opened! It was quiet inside so we chose to sit inside, however within 30 minutes it was packed with mostly women who made reservations. I highly recommend making reservations.
