C4000bz modem

6/9/2023; I bought this modem to replace an older CL modem that didn't have great Wi-Fi range. This modem works great. Except that every 2–7 days at any random time the modem automatically resets itself to the default factory settings. Typical that it took us longer than 30 days to figure out it was our faulty "brand new" modem.

The preferred method to reset your modem is through the modem settings GUI. If this isn't an option, you can do it manually using the reset button on the back of the modem.
